In his own words (paraphrased), he figured he had just a few years to live.

Then he decided to lighten up on his diet.

He theorized: Man is built remarkably similar to the great primates of the world; the ape, the gorilla, and the chimpanzee. Yet Man suffers a mass of infirmities. While his primate cousins - when left to their own devices (and diets) – seem to live lives of SUPERIOR health, from birth to death.

So Abramowski came up with the ‘crazy’ idea that Man’s rich, heavy, HIGHLY cooked diet just might have something to do with his increasingly ill health. After all, the good doctor reasoned: A silverback gorilla is about 30 times stronger than a man. And you don’t see the gorilla with a frying pan in hand. Ever! Nope: He eats little more than fruit and leaves – and picks his dinner straight from the tree! It’s only Man that stuffs himself with every heavy, cooked concoction he can get his miserable hands on.

Poor creature.

Well Dr. Abramowski decided to put his trust in Nature. He adopted the diet of the beast! And his results? He regained his health. He got his family to try the fruitarian lifestyle. They regained their youthful vibrancy. Even many of the nurses that worked for Abramowski – upon seeing his superb results – decided to become 100% raw, plant eaters themselves.

It’s an inspiring story. And it’s one that moved me deeply, upon first reading it. Because I was in a place of ill health when I discovered Abramowski’s work. I took his testimony to heart – and transformed my health by doing so. I’ve never looked back. Take a look at my ‘author profile’ picture (age 48). The BEST BOOK ever written

This is THE BEST BOOK I've read regarding eating a plant-based existence. Dr Abramowski does a great job of explaining the "why" of it while citing specific examples from his own experience. Suffice it to say that this quick read is chock full of valid, understandable and valid examples of how a plant-based diet cures ills, rejuvenates and extends a vibrant life/lifestyle. Kudos to Jeff for putting it out there for everyone. It's the best 99 cents anyone can spend. Spread the word--today! A must read.

Witchcraft is a Cruel "RELIGION"

I came across this book as I was looking for a good resource for fighting the demons entities that witches dispatch. I have glanced over some of the remarks from wiccans on this site and felt that those individuals do protest too much!

I am closely related to an individual who is into witchcraft. I can say from personal experience that witchcraft does have negative power that hurts people. Witchcraft is a one of the most selfish "religions" there is. The concept sounds so nice. Nature, family and other such warm fuzzies. But the very core problem is that man without God ( not the watered down version of the occult) is naturally selfish and self-serving. I am by no means an expert on Wicca or any other such thing nor do I really care. But I do know first hand the pain that one selfish witch can inflict on a person. On the little reading I had done on Wicca is that they are exhorted not to use the "magic" in a way that would harm someone. But you put any self-minded individual under enough stress, get them envious enough or greedy enough and I know that person will resort to harm. It is the very nature of man without a living and loving God. I have felt the cruelty of a spell But also I know the power of prayer and my praying spouse knows how to pray too, and the witchcraft will not prevail.

So witches be not decieved your "religion" will never change the truth that a man needs to die to his selfish self -oriented life and that he needs a personal real God to accomplish that. Sure there is some power in witchcraft but that is only because you are manipulating the forces of hell perhaps even mistakenly. But these very forces will be joyously carrying you to hell someday. And they will be laughing at you all the way. I have no hatred toward you and undertand you just don't know what real power is. I will pray for your soul. This book is awesome and I think anyone who wants to understand what REAL spiritual power is then this book is a great resource. Thanks

An Incredible Exposition of Witchcraft

I thoroughly enjoyed it. I have been a Christian for over half my life, and I realized, through this book, that I had a lot of the biblically defined traits of witchcraft. Joyner discusses witchcraft in the biblical sense of manipulation and rebellion. He mentions very little about our culture's stereotypical definition of witchcraft. This book definitely brings a whole new level of one's understanding of witchcraft. I never really knew I dealt with witchcraft in my life until I read this book. I highly recommend it - especially if you are a "manipulative" person. Blessings!

About the Author
Painter and collage artist Jonathan Talbot is one of the pioneers of acrylic image transfer. The ironing-on technique he developed, described in his first book Collage: A New Approach and in this book as well, has made image transfer fast and easy. Talbot's works have been exhibited at The National Academy and the Museum of Modern Art in New York, have represented the U.S. overseas in exhibitions sponsored by the State Department and the Smithsonian Institution, and are included in museum collections in the U.S. and Europe.

Co-author Jessica Lawrence is an artist with years of experience in technical writing.

Jonathan Talbot is an amazingly giving artist, who holds nothing back. He explains his entire process with stepped out images. If you are looking for a process/technique book, then this is for you.

Unique little Handbook

It's very useful to have this little specific book for creating collageart. The processings are shown in an practicable understanding way and it works great. Further it is well done to talk about the difficulties, that must considered for producing "long-lasting" works.
